Ensures that the treatment needs of clients at Saint Gabriel’s Hall and the delivery of services are met in an integrated manner.
Provides clinical direction, focus, vision, and consistency of social work and treatment services at Saint Gabriel’s Hall, and leadership to the Saint Gabriel’s Hall Administrative Leadership Team.
Makes recommendations for the hiring and provides clinical supervision, management and evaluation of all supervisory personnel of Social Workers, Social Services, Clinic Services and Programs.
Provides the clinical supervision, and coordinates with the Residential Managers and Program Directors, the Performance Evaluation of the Clinical Supervisor for the Mitchell Program as well as any other Clinical Supervisors.
Ensures the billing for all services and billable targets are met.
Ensures the integration of CASSP and BARJ principles into the treatment services of the program.
Assures the integration of treatment services within the structure of Saint Gabriel’s Hall.
Evaluates service and program effectiveness in meeting client treatment needs and program objectives.
Ensures the maintenance of all client social services, mental health, and drug and alcohol records and files per applicable regulations.
Assesses treatment-training needs and provides the direction for meeting those training needs at Saint Gabriel’s Hall.
Fulfills the responsibilities of all supervisory personnel of Social Workers, Social Services, Clinical Services and programs in their absence.
Will responsibly utilize access to internet, harmony, Microsoft Office.
Performs all other duties as assigned by the Component Director, which are consistent with the position, the individual’s competencies, and in the best interest of the clients.
A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related clinical field with appropriate licensure or accreditation preferred.
Possess excellent written/oral communication with organizational, management and interdisciplinary leadership skills.
At least five years experience in a clinical setting or social service agency preferred, two years of which must include administrative experience.
Membership in appropriate professional organizations.
